Personally, I find the best factor to do is to devote a while every week to reflect on what is and isn't working in my life. That always appears to be a great reality check for me. What works for me is to remember that fantasizing about issues is all the time nice, however what's even higher is to get out there and take motion. Take steps to get yourself nearer to what you need whether it is what you want now or perhaps something which will come along in the future.
